James Suckling Wine Central is the restaurant of international wine critic James Suckling and his wife Marie. We offer 400+ wines by the glass and almost 800 references on our wine list. Cuisine is classic European brasserie inspired with a touch of Asian. Drink great wine!

Opened in 2018, the flagship project in Asia’s No. 1 wine capital has become a gathering place for Hong Kong’s top wine names to meet, relax, drink and discuss the world’s great wines. Since 2020, it has been ranked top of Time Out Hong Kong’s list of Best Wine Bars in Hong Kong.
