Valentine’s Day 2021 Menu at James Suckling Wine Central, Hong Kong

Hong Kong’s best Valentine’s Day activities and experiences must include a great meal with some outstanding wines. We have you covered! See below our newly created V-Day menu for February 14, 2021, combining delicious dishes created by Marie Kim-Sucking and our talented kitchen team, with top wines selected personally by James Suckling.
This is a four-course menu, with each course coming with a different wine, rated at least 93 points by James. The final course comes with a wine from one of the top sweet wine producers in the world, Chateau Suduiraut in Sauternes. James gave the 2013 wine a rating of 97 points.
Due to the restrictions in place in Hong Kong we must close at 6 p.m., so this can be a lunch menu or early evening meal. We also at limited capacity with only two people per table, so make sure you book soon to ensure your Valentine’s Day is a wine-derful one!
